      Italic problem in subtitles

      00:00:13,060 --> 00:00:16,144
      {Y:i}I Will Rock You,....

      The convertion of the subtitles don't assume {Y:i} and the text is show like you see in the file, and don't assume the italic type. There are any way to convert the subtitle, assuming the italic letters?

      Noticed it too.
      I just removed all the "{Y:i}" with notepad.

      Just open the subtitle file with notepad, click Edit, Replace, Find What is {Y:i} and leave the replace with empty, and click replace all.

      Now you don't have italic lines but the {Y:i} are gone.

      Maybe someone knows the proper way to indicate a line should be shown in Italic in both sub and srt subs.

      1
      00:00:34,434 --> 00:00:37,096
      <i>Sentem-se todos, por favor.</i>
      <i>Ouviram a campainha.</i>

      2
      00:00:37,170 --> 00:00:39,934
      <i>Vocês sabem o que isso significa.</i>
      <i>Na semana passada,</i>

      Recently, all the films converted with italic lines on subtitle, in the film show regular text.
      I will send you an example of *.srt file by email. This is the last last film I've converted.
      my email is: rui.goncalves78@gmail.com

      thanks.

      My experience is that italic is removed when converting with TFM.
