noob picture shakes when playing in dvd sampoplayer

I launched The filmMachine .I have CCE SP installed. The program ran fine.

the conversion was from avi to svcd . CD1 & CD2 were made & played perfectly with "power dvd 5" on my pc. (1 gig celeron,254 sdram).

When I burned with nero , I choose svcd burned at 16x . put it in my sampo dve 616 and the when the video started ....it was moving left to right.
      ( the picture shook).

      What needs to be fixed?
      Thank you.

      hpw I fixwd it

I took the .mpg files (2) one for each cd.

Launched TMPGEnc 2.5.x.x.x loaded "KaIE's Svcd template MPEG2

      480 X 480 29.97 fps CQ_vbr 70,Layer-2 48000Hz 224kbps.

after TMPGEnc was done I burnes the cd's and watched the movie.

Nice to see so many *****answers, alco!

Edited reason:- @ppcblaster regardless of who answers and how unless it violates a forum rule we are fine with them all ...one thing we do NOT tolerate is how responses are made to posts! .... i think it was just a little light hearted fun >>>VIPER_1069 <<<<

please read the forum rules here thanks >
