Help needed with implementing Canopus Procoder 2

I am trying to implement Canopus Procoder 2.

What I want to do is use the commandline options of Procoder 2. The problem that I run into is that there must be a projectfile (nothing wrong yet) but this project file (simply a xml file) has source settings and destination settings. With the source settings I don't know how I must set the AspectRatio.BIN because in the project file this is a very strange number and the Inpoint.QWD and Outpoint.QWD settings. Also in the destination settings I don't know how to set the UserMediaSize.BIN.

Has someone an idea?
