      subtitle not synched :((

Why when i have divx movies and subtitles to them and when i start this movie in player (vplayer or sth.) i have that, that subtitles go with the movie and when i make divx in tfm subtitles go 2 seconds later? sustitles have 25 fps and avi movie too. where can be a mistake? i make canversion in 4:3 add borders keep aspect ratio but movie is in 16:9 and this can make something with this? i check all errors in subtitle file in subtitle workshop and avi in divfix
