This error is caused by QuEnc. It seems that QuEnc drops some frames during encoding on some computers (At first also on my computer but I changed a setting in my BIOS, and now it works for me). Because of the dropped frames the multiplexing of the audio and video gives some warnings. If there are too many frame drops the multiplexing stops and that is why your DVD is not complete.

Try using Cinema Craft Encoder, and you will see that there will be no frame drops. QuEnc is still in Beta testing.

      Good luck.
