High quality rom manager has been updated to support new MAME version and few bugfixes


- fixed: rare diskimage detection bug
- misc: speedup for several progress displays
- misc: some more cancelchecks for "cleaning up data"
- misc: update shows "up2date" message only when using "Check now"
- misc: readded the history.dat/mameinfo.dat rename before running mame
- misc: "export datfile" exports diskimages information as well
- removed: the scanner/rebuilder/merger ok buttons.
