Anyway, for my system* the emulator who has proven to work the best yet has been the SupraHLe 1.1.3 modification of the previous version of UltraHLE. The supra configurator is just great to help you change Gliders for different games.
(*Athlon 900, 512 RAM, ATI Rage 128 pro, Win98 for gaming)
I'm using PJ64 and I'm quite happy with it on my P3 800 256MB and Radeon 9000 64MB
