      I know nothing about NTFS. If I change this computer from Fat32 to NTFS will all my programs run or are there restrictions.

      WinXP and Win2k works best under NTFS so i recommend you to convert to NTFS all you programs will work just the same and winxp will get better/more stabil, this is my opinion
