Since my 8210 did die yesterday, I went out and bought a Nokia 8310
As the 8210 it only has a infra connection, no cable stuff.
Is it possible to unlock those cell phones as well ?
and if, how ?
just attach a infra red conenctor to a COM port and select the port in the unlocker program ?

you can get data cable for 8210's, just have a look around on sites like:
w*w.alcom-systems.com
or other good cable suplpiers.

you cant unlock through the IR. you a need mbus cablle link to the phone

Yo N.B. Nokia fons are very easy to unlock. But!
Yes a big but. A lot of de gsm warez site will PASSWORD protect de very good and up to date unlock programs....
Yes to your question.... date cable, com port unlock. datz it in real.
When I used to unlock fons mainly Nokia's back in de day programs we used ,,,> win tesla, winlock which was great but with de new type of handsets now de firmware is a much easy root to unlock your fons...
DeJen is a very good tool to flash your handsets.... which is a freeware. All you need is a part flash file 4 your handset (dis has to be de same modle type & firmware version only)
cabel / fon & flasher.. N.B. if your lookin 4 a cabel make sure it a MBus cabel ( unlocking type) or MBus/ FBus daul switching type. .....
Flash cabel is better easy to get tools to flaSH fons also files are easy to get hold of....

Infared will not unlock your fon......Has to B hard wired (cable)

4got to say 8310 is a newish fon so look out for firmware
