IP lookup

somebody tried to hack into my computer but i have his Ip number.
Where can i lookup this Ip number to see who tried to hack my computer??

if u had neo trace at the time he attacked you - maybe you could have located him.

but if he covered his tracks by hoping between proxies and deleting his tracks - you wont find the hacker.
