I lost the disc to my scanner my scanner version is visioneer one touch 7600 and I was wondering if i can get a program that lets me scan pictures without the disc by using another program.

NB. It's listed as a Paperport 6.5 CD, so it MAY be a better version than what you had - Paperport is quite a nice "scanning desk" application.
With the drivers, it should be usable with ANY TWAIN compliant software, including several free ones.
