      me to xp

i posted on this site earlier in the week and a few of you nice people helped me out ,unfortunately i require it again-: my problem is ive tried to install xp over me however its gone wrong.
the system is a packard bell ,i did the test with only a modem fault came up.i installed xp but it wouldnt let me delete me so now ive ended up with both. as a rule i would be chuffed to bits but this isnt the desired effect i was after. i now have 2 drives 1*17.2 gb with me in fat 32 and 1*d drive that has 1.3 gb in ntfs.
any advice you dudes could give would be greatly appreciated.

If you can lose all the data on your drives download Diskwizard starter edition

      http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/...s/discwiz.html

this has to go on a floppy...reboot with floppy in drive.....navigate to disk utility........select "quick fill drive with zero's" execute and exit [remove floppy]

Reboot with XP cd in drive [ you will now get the option to format your drive and install XP]
On the side of the box it said "Install Windows XP or better" so I installed LINUX

You can only delete one partition with PM if you use it I suggest you delete the ntfs partition.
Ideally a clean install is better.
