ws ftp pro help please

Hello all

I'm using WS FTP PRO and i'm having trouble with it..

when i'm connected to an ftp and trying to download something it starts fine then i get messages saying user name and password needed (which is fine) the ftp is a single connection ftp but my prog keeps trying to connect more than once thus halting the exsisting download is there anyway of telling ws ftp pro to only connect once or is this an unchangeable program feature.

Which version of ws ftp pro are you using and which os are you runing??

In Tools, Options, Transfers window you can change the number of file parts to D/L for multi-part transfers. This might be set incorrectly.
