      RAM Diagnostic Tool (Free or S/Ware)

      Can anyone recommend a free or shareware program that can test your RAM for errors/faults? Anything except for "DocMemory"...coz it didn't even work, just said I was using a non-system disk when I used the boot disc I created with the program. Thanks.
