annoying message 2 days after SP1 Install

Hi. I don't know if it's some software I've installed or whether it's because of the SP1 upgrade I installed on my PC but the last 3 times I've restarted my PC I have this message:

one of the files containing the system's registry data had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful.

then there is simply an OK button.

I know it doesn't sound serious but it's quite annoying. Can anyone help with a solution?

      Thanks.
