      Can anyone help with this

      Hi all.

      Yesterday i uninstalled McFaee antivirus 2002, and then installed Norton Antivirus 2003, now every time i open up Microsoft Outlook i get this error message.

      The add-in "C:\Program Files\ Network Associates\VirusScan\scanemail.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using detect and repair on the help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program Files\ Network Assiciates\Virus..." Yoy may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.

      I have tried help and repair, no joy, and i am not out of any system resources, although this doesn`t seem to be causing any problems, it is very annoying, any help would be very welcome.

      Cheers.

      fact: McAffee isn't correct uninstalled, leaves some invalid registry entries in your system;

      one solution: uninstall NAV > reinstalling McAffee > uninstalling McAffee (maybe this time correctly) > reinstalling NAV

      other solution: use a registry cleaner; jv16 PowerTools from _http://www.vtoy.fi/jv16/index.php are recommended; read carefully the helpfile; no guaranty that this is working;
