      Angry disk boot failure

      I have a dual boot system with winxp on one hard disk(master) and win2000 on the other(slave),I removed the second hard disk and since then I cant boot into winxp I keep on receiving a disk boot failure message.Can someone please help me to solve this problem.Thanks anyway.

      are you sure the boot.ini file was not in the hd you remove?
