Which OS is the best for installing virtual box?

      Hello,
I want to change my OS because I need to install virtual box. But I need an OS that is capable of "bonding" good with VB (away from ram). so what os is best suitable for virtual box?

Well, that rather depends on if your CPU supports Virtualization Technology (VT) or if it doesn´t. Either way you should be off good with Ubuntu if you want to run Linux and for the other side, well there is only on Windows, right?
