      apache on mandrake 9.0 behind a router/gateway

      ok having problems here I want to get apache up and running.....so I can have my web server and maybe setup an ftp....but in mandrake 9.0 I can't figure it out and on top of that I am on a home network using a dlink 713p wireless gateway and when I try and setup the server I fubar my ip to where i can't get on the net.....any ideas?

      if your router/gateway its doing nat (your ip its 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x) then you need to redirect the web and ftp ports to your machine (ftp its hard to setup on firewalls)
