      Thumbs up Hello, i'm new

      Just wanted to say this looks like a great forum. I'm pretty new to DVD authoring (week 2) and am using it to convert DV tapes of my infant son (he's now 15 months) to DVD and copying batches of his movies to one disk to save time in swapping them in and out (not to mention replacement costs)..

      I've tried Roxio 7 and MYDVD5 and although I like them for there simplicity, they limit me (I want custom chapter menus). So I use them for doing basic dumps and have just started using DVDShrink and DVD-Lab to do what i really need...

      This forum looks to be a great repository of information, and although I may not post very much, I appreciate all of the information provided here..
