Hello to all. I need help. Can anyone tell me how to bypass Norton Bootlock. I forgot the password and Norton no longer services this software.

from reading around you should of made a boot floppy with nortan bootlock software this will allow removal of the bootlock

other than this i dont think there is much hope if NORTAN will not support it then its prolly gunna be the unfortunate task of FORMAT C:

as far as i can gather even if the drive is put in a totally new machine the bootlock remains

note i also think that this goes by the nortan name of Norton Your Eyes Only software that makes this bootlock passworded protection

Have you tried fdisk /mbr from a boot floppy to replace the master boot record? Maybe even a linux disk....
