      Unhappy help

      help me please!!!!
      i got a sony rewriter (b's gold5) at crimbo and have been using it with no probs, until now!!! everytime i try to put downloaded stuff on to a disc it tells me "unexpected problem with ripping, please make sure there is enough hard disc space" then when i try to close program a warning comes up" b's gold5 has caused error in kernel 32dll"

      what does it all mean 'cause i haven't got a clue??

      Hi Adele, Welcome to our forum!

      Is your Sony a CD or a DVD rewriter? What exactly trying you to do? Packet Writing (Drag&Drop) to RW media or really mastering discs?

      the word "ripping" confusing me in this case; What did you change/install in your system since the last time it worked?
