      newbie here....I need a bit of help Backing up DVDs

      I just got a dvd Burner for XMAS and I have a few questions....

      I was able to Rip and Burn BASEketball without compression cause it was under 4.7 gigs but I had to burn it in DVD Decrypter. That's no big deal for me but I would like to know how I can burn a movie after decrypting it that needs compression.

      I bought DVDXCOPY Platinum and it won't let me browse so I can't open a file and burn.

      I also need to know how to compress because it seems a bit confusing.

      If anyone can help it would be it would be great.

      Welcome. Enjoy the forum and don't be afraid to look around and try some things. I would say start with some Tutorials and one of the easiest is Laz's. I would say try it and then if you have some questions ask. Good luck
