      Hi Everyone!

      Hiya Everyone!

      I was refered to this forum the other night, but forgot to say hi to you all cos I was in so much of a tizzy with my puter But thankfully it is now sorted - thanks to the great members who helped me out last night - even put up with my stupid questions!

      Belive it or not I did a IT HND in 2000 - but unfortunately for me, I've forgotten most of it - its not like I use it in day to day life unfortunately So I'm kind of useless when it comes to things going wrong with my puter

      Anyhoo, I am Michelle, 25 years old and I live in Leeds, although I am from Merseyside originally - I only moved here in 2000 after I finished my hnd. - After that I deceided that I didn't want to work with puters - after all of that I felt like throwing mine out of the window lol

      Just tryin 2 help a Pal out VIPER, was me that recommeded snow_fairy 2 pop along after she told me she was havin probs, just had 2 send her 2 the best Help forum there is
