Okay, here goes...
Skulked around for a while, got some pretty informative gems and finally posted. Got helpful replies almost instantly.

So, hello, hello, hello or 'Alreet' for those up North! And thanx for the prompt info.

{34, Male, Blackpool. Been hooked on PCs since '86, before that it was Sinclair QL, Spectrum, ZX81 & 80, Dragons, TI99/4A, MSX, BBC A & B, Electron, Commodore 64 & 16+4. Dared to presume that I could get to grips with Jupiter Ace and ORIC Atmos. Those two soon put paid to any hopes that proper programming was for me!}

(The real sad thing is that in my teens, I was always approached for help with most of the above systems and DOS / 3.11 etc. but more recently have found myself doing the asking... ahhh OLD AGE!)
