      Join me in a drink?

Mine will just be coffee, but on Wednesday I am treating myself to Killian's! Went shopping yesterday and got what I needed to make corned beef and cabbage and an Irish Mist cake. St. Pat's day will never go unobserved in my house.
I am not feeling sorry for myself today which is a good thing! God save me from turning into a moody old person. A crabby old one will do just fine.
Anybody know any sites with hysterically funny St. Pat's jokes? I have heard about all of them. Need some new and funnier ones. If they make you snort, wet your pants or fall off your chair that would be good.
Good Tuesday to Y'all, and thanks so much for the encouraging words yesterday. it sure did help.
      Janie

I'm sure I'll be havin' a pint 'o plain er two.

Would be cool though to have forum folks over to my old local The Quill on Aaron Quay, just arround the corner from Smithfield Market and the Jamesons Distillery and a quarter mile from the Guinness Brewery at St. James Gate.

      Festive greets from Dublin all.

I'll show up when you get your homework done!! Would be fun to get everyone together ANYWHERE. But I'm sure what you'd be talking about would be whooshing right over the top of my head.

Diet or regular, it's on me. I hope you have a good ST. Pat's tomorrow too. I plan on it. I'll get the red hair all piled up and put on my tiarra. Have a "Tis Herself" shirt to wear. Then I will be a one woman parade. Was on another site today posting jokes for it...boy, are there a lot of them!

I think I'd have to go to Eureka Springs for a parade. About an hour and a half drive. I don't know what's with them not having one here. You'd think they would, being a college town and all. Oh well, F*#k 'em. I'll have my own. Any parades around you?

I think that certain areas in Scotland do have parades, not in the town i live in, but if i remember right, Edinburgh & Glasgow do have some kinda party or celebration, after all the Scots & Irish are celtic brethren

I heard that the Irish gave the Scots bagpipes as a joke, but the Scots didn't get it yet. Is that true?

This little faerie got up at 2 am, and is in dire need of a nap.
      Ready for this?

Poor guy. I could use something like that about now. Two nights in a row with 20 minute sleeps, and then another 20 minute awakes. Will check in later!
