Hi all.......Is there such a thing as a software program that will allow me to play DVD's on my CD-rom and if so, is it available as freeware or shareware ?

As stated above - it's just not possible, as the laser in the two readers and mediums are total different.Originally Posted by reubo

A DVD Cd with the same track on it would look like this:

As you can see it's allot more compacted so it's physically not possible to view DVD CD's in a CDrom drive. Hope that helps explain it a little for you![]()
