[6/20/03] burst! RC 2! Changelog:

burst! is a new client for the BitTorrent network. It uses a modified version of the original python client as the back-end, and replaces the front-end with a native Win32 application. It uses less system resources (with multiple transfers), and has more features then the other clients.

- Console downloader almost totally re-written:
- Based upon latest CVS code
- Will now do rarest-first downloading, seeding will become much more efficient once
everyone upgrades!
- Temporarily removed coloring seeds bright white
- Screen will properly redraw after lots of errors
- Saves settings to HKCU (not HKLM)
- Max transfers raised to 20
- Now supports both Maketorrent 1.2 and 2.0 beta
- Check button will re-activate after 120 seconds
- Now remembers last used upload speed settings between runs
- Pop-up menu no longer flickers
