an AGP 8x card will run in 4x speed on your current board;
this data transfer is fast enough, nobody needs AGP 8x; it's only a commercial bait;

If you have a Ti4200, the 5200 would actually be a DOWNGRADE.

In the DX9-biased 3Dmark 2003, it only just beat a Geforce 4 Ti4200(8x), despite that being short by one test misses the final DX9-only test.

In 3Dmark 2001 (DX7/DX8), even the 5600 is trounced by the Ti4200-8x
The 5200 is a LIGHTWEIGHT, and much of it's DX9 capability is heavily software-assisted.

Not a bad price - there's a steady stream of them on EBAY, but you'd have to be lucky to beat that.

I just checked them - it's MATROX today, but MSI (and possibly ASUS) Geforce range cards turn up quite regularly - though I don't recall much cheaper, and their p&p is pretty stinking!
