      Problem with Geforce MX 440 and TV-OUT (i get only black and white)

      I have a Geforce MX 440 and everytiem i connect
      teh card with the TV i only get black and white.
      I have Windows XP and detonator 41.09. Any ideas?

      try changing your output resolution to 800x600 in your graphics card options !? usually the output has to be 50hz or 60 hz depending on your tv standards uk is pal 50hz and usa etc 60hz i have to change my output to 800x600 for 50hz uk pal output

      As Viper said. If you have the option switching resolution @ 640*480, it's even better.

      check the right output mode (PC video settings) and input mode (at your TV); you have to choose "Composite" or "S-Video" adequate to your connected video cable;

      yeah used to output at 640*480 with my 8meg tv out card but found i can do it at 800*600 with my 32 meg card try either

      In the detonator drivers there is an option under "Device Settings" tab where you can configure the "sub-type" of NTSC or PAL format. Try every option there if nothing woks.
