Smile Thermaltake Aquarius II Watercooling Kit

Once the domain of the hardcore overclockers, watercooling is a technology that like many others is now moving into the main stream, and several companies have started producing starter kits. Thermaltake have sent me their entry into the watercooling market, the Aquarius II.

Yeah..... I always wondered if I sealed all the holes, filled up my 'puter with water, put a few fish in it (to see through the side window), and turned it on to see what would happen. I mean this would be water cooling, wouldn't it?!

I have one word SUSHI !!!

I am interested in this system, but I much prefer the Koolance EXOS. It think it is a much cleaner piece to install and maintain.

I also have second thoughts about that silicone tubing. I would prefer it for it's pliability and ability to keep a good seal around the waterblock. Then again as it warms up and becomes too pliable it could burst from the pressure. Always Pros and Cons.

If any off you manufacturers are listening, I want an external based unit with a slot plate. All connections should be threaded fittings and I want reinforced silicone tubing. Now go and make it. I will make your stocks fly!

      hehehehehe

Did someone say Fishtank?! It was just a matter of time

Lian Li has a made a window kit to simulate a fishtank. You'll need a Lian Li case, but since they make excellent cases. Plastic fishies they may be, but a conversation piece nevertheless!
