I have just upgraded my operating system from Windows Me to Windows Xp Pro with SP1 and I'm having trouble with my avertv studio audio. When I turn on either power vcr 2 or the software that came with it, i have sound for at the most 1 minute and then the sound goes off until i reset the program. For some reason, i think windows refreshes or something then turns off my audio. I've downloaded and installed xp sound drivers for my sound card(k7sem board) and also the new avermedia drivers but still no luck. I never had this problem with Me. Any help would be appreciated.

Windows XP SP1a is the same as Windows XP SP1 except that the Microsoft virtual machine (VM) is removed in SP1a.
