      DVD Decoder card

      Hey Y'all

My little bro is using an AMD K6 II 450. It runs quite nicely but when he goes to play DVD's through it, it stutters something shocking. I've tried my DVD drive in it but no diff. I'm assuming that the processor is too underspeced for it.
I'm looking around for a DVD Decoder card for his PC that will hopefully increase performance. Any ideas of what I should be looking for?

Agreed the REALMagic line of Sigma cards are excellent hardware decoder cards. Their Hollywood + line have been proven excellent in every review I have seen.

The one mentioned by jamviq, will set you back about $90 (with shipping) USD. Search online for your best deals
