My father inlaw has a Creative Broadxent v92 Data/Fax/Voice modem (Di3631)with modem on hold. He runs the Windows XP Home operating system. He has been having trouble with the modem on hold feature. Sometimes when he tries to sign on to the internet (his isp is AOL 8.0) he gets an error that his modem is on hold. The only way he can sign on is to reboot. Does anyone have experience with this type of modem? Does AOL support modem on hold? I've posted a similar question with AOL but have yet to recieve a response. I know that this is alittle out of the ordinary but I don't know anyone smarter to ask. LOL. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
