One of my favorites is Newegg.com (U.S. and Puerto Rico only). I've ordered from them a few times, and never had a problem. One time I did have a DOA motherboard, and they promptly replaced it without any hassle at all. I think its when you have a problem with a piece of equipment that you find out how good a retailer is. And Newegg often has free or reduced shipping deals on some items. The only problem is that shipping is per item, so if you buy a rather light item like a cable, the shipping fee might be $5 (I don't know how much, this is just an example), and if you ordered two of them, the shipping would be $10. Their FAQ says they now reduce shipping for multiple items, but I haven't ordered from them since they started this. Its a great place for a CD-R/RW drive, and they have excellent prices too. Not the absolute lowest prices, but they get better reviews than some of the absolute lowest price retailers.

www.bigpockets.co.uk are a UK based company that also ship across Europe.
They dont offer FREE delivery, however postage is £5.75 for 0.01 kg - 5kg, £6.99 for 5.1 kg - 20kg, and an extra 25p Per kg added to thereafter (for UK mainland).
I have purchased many things from them in the past and their delivery times are fantastic, for example, order blank media on a Monday afternoon and they arrive on the Wednedday morning.
They also accept NOCHEX as a payment method.

www.blankdiscshop.co.uk are a UK based company.
They offer FREE shipping on orders over £300 (for UK mainland). Their other shipping costs vary according to the weight of the order, but generally not that expensive (around £5). I believe that they ship across Europe also (not 100% of this though).
I have purchased a few times from them in the past, they too have superb delivery times.
They also accept NOCHEX as a payment method.

Some of you may know I'm a system builder, but I don't even bother to buy bulk trade anymore. I mainly use www.ebuyer.com , in the UK, almost always the cheapest hardware on the web and FREE delivery on all orders over £100. Just bought a load of Phillips 8x burners for £22 each.

For CD/DVD media then www.wcwmedia.com are excellent, FREE delivery on all orders over £90 and only £5 post on anything under that. Also, next day service is the norm.

For ink/paper etc then www.choicestationary.com are the best I've come accross and FREE delivery on ALL items too.
