Best Xbox Mod-chip

I am looking for a good xbox mod-chip. I have heard that there are some mod-chips where you can copy the xbox games directly on to the xbox and that are solderless. I really want a mod-chip that can be turned off to use Xbox live. Can anyone please tell me what mod-chip has these features, or more. And if I can probably get some info about the best xbox mod-chips that are out there, so I can maybe decide for myself.I would really appreciate it.

i heard that the xecutor chips are good. You can get either xecutor Lite or xecutor Pro. Both can be turned off.

I heard about the new Xecuter 2.3B Lite Plus Mod Chip. Is that a good mod chip? Does it have al the features I want? If so, can some one please tell where I can get one. I would really appreciate it.

Im pretty sure it comes flash upgradeable. Yes it's a good modchip. Keep in mind that there is a difference between Lite and Pro. Lite is for simple users. And Pro is for pro users that make up Homebrew software, your own OS, etc...
