Patch for VBulletin

Hello people !

I just have applied the patch for Vbulletin, as there have been discoverd some bugs

As Jelsoft states, the final release of Vbulletin is released within this week.
Just as I am quite busy and CeBit is on my schedule as well, I am not sure if I can do the migration as it is released, but I will try to ..

Anyhow, security holes are all fixed so ..
