Unhappy Hotburn won't work on XP

I downloaded (yet another superb link N.B. !) Hotburn but on installing it, it told me that it could not detect a cdrw ! I tried an upgrade from their site without any luck. So does it run on XP or not ?

      Good day,
I have installed both versions{ pro 2.4and standard} and find that it is problematic under win xp.I have ricoh 9060.what i find is that when i need to run the tests to check hardware ie the speed of my cdrom the system hangs therefore I cannot write because whenever I try it needs to get the speed of my drives.Incidently it is only compatible with win 2000->win 95.I have not tried the compatibilty option in win xp on this software.if you still have it on you drive perhaps you could give that a try.
      Yours faithfully,
      azanian

I can't for some reason get the compatability wizard to open ! As everything else is working OK I'm not too keen to tinker. Still, if anyone else has ideas on why my help/support and compatability wizard doesnt open, please tell me ! But thanks for the assist Azanian though. Its always appreciated.
