Question Can't Login to www.cdrsoft.cc. + ME and XP ?'s

I can click on login, enter my user name and password, BUT it tells me my actual user status is "offline." What do I need to do?

I also have a Windows ME related question. Something has happened and I can no longer run wondows update. When I get to h**p://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ all I get is a blank screen.

Finally, I'm thinking about upgrading to XP Pro, but I have Easy CD Creator 5 and WinOnCD 5 installed. What should I do?

      Thanks for your help.

Hi bud.I just logged in to Cdrsoft. It shows my status as offline too...

As far as Xp pro goes I would recommend a fresh install versus an upgrade. It is more work, but less headaches as an end result. If you do upgrade instead instead, remove all cd burning programs first. After the upgrade or install disable the Xp burning software and install an aspi layer before cd burning programs.Hope that helps!

As far as being offline when you are logged in on CDRSoft, its been that way for at least a month.

I would have logged in to let N.B. knowbut... I also lost his ICQ.

Any ideas about not being able to do a Windows update in IE6/ME?
