ok, I re-registered now twice in the last 2 or 3 days. either it is a server error or the account is deleted, in which case I would like to know why. and one of my posts about winoncd 5 got deleted, as it seems. completely absurd

if N.B. visited my site, he would see that I have no advertisement. webwasher and other popup filters are not allowed, because they would screw the website (some downloads would not work, which depend on javascript, which is switched by webwasher. so this was done for the comfort of the visitors, not to get on their nerves with popups. I have no popups on my site. period. this will stay so. period. webwasher and other popup filters are not needed on my site due to the absence of the popups, indeed they are harmful and would disturb the visitors and wouldn't allow them to download. period.

I wrote that I don't blame N.B, if he uses popups, I just said that I woulnd't do it myself on my site, but it's up to him whether he does it on his website. and if I have only 250 visitors per day it doesn't mean that I spend less time with updating my site than he does.

So I don't see a point in being angry. I just told my opinion about popups and never blamed N.B., but said that it's up to everyone. i hate popups, he doesn't, but then he has to accept that others will be disturned by them.

I think I was pretty fair, and after all everyone is allowed his own opinion and this is no reason for deleting my account.

hmm, what exactly do you mean by "everyone"? and what do you mean by "brave"? I don't think I get it. if you think that I believed that i would get more hits because NB's site was closed, I can assure you, I really don't care. At the beginning my site meant much to me, but after one and a half years it started to get on my nerves, this is for sure. the only thing that prevents me from closing it is the very reason why I created this website: namely to create an alternative to the popups infected websites all over the net.

apart from that, I didn't promote my website. promoting means including it in the signature and telling everyone about it, even if none wants to know. I only mentioned it if somebody searched for a specific product which is available on my site. You see, I have nothing from promoting my site, since I don't get any money, no matter how many visitors I get, be it 1 or 1 mio.
But you are right saying that this discussion should end. after all, discussion implies the willingness to discuss on both sides, and a more mature way (if not a more intelligent one). Neither NB's reply to my post nor his deletion of my account prove in anyway that I am wrong. I am always prepared to discuss things and am prepared to accept the contra-arguments of the opponent, if they are objective and to the point. I wouldn't call "go fu..k yourself" an argument, it's just an insult and certainly proves nothing. Nor do I see any connection between my post and the deletion of my account, unless one interprets this as an unwilligness to discuss problems, but rather to avoid them, in which case the discussion is indeed over before it even had begun.

dividezero and me registered the names at approximately the same time and no one leeched from anyone else. he took cdrwarez.com , I took cdrwarez.dr.ag and other redirectors. This name is not very original, you don't need to steal it, everyone can come up with such one.

besides, I don't quite understand why you are posting on this thread. I posted for the admin, not for the members of the forum.

Also your arguments are strange: we were talking about popups, not about the contents of the sites. whether my site is good or bad, this does not alter the fact that I have no popups and that NB does have them, and this is all we were talking about

WRFan,the simple fact is that N.B. does not want you here,based on the comments at CDfreaks.

The fact is, you stated you don't like popups,fine,your opinion!Then you go on to explain how to kill them while still a member of this forum!That is the very reason why N.B. closed the site in the first place,popup killers.

No matter what we type here, you dissect and have an answer for it.
