If they are backups of movies U own U need an authoring proggy to do menus etc many about <>
I use DVD Lab.

I think you can also do it with the one I own-ULead Video Studio 6...

Just about any authoring program can be used but DVDLab ( http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/ ) or TMPGEnc DVD Author (http://www.pegasys-inc.com/e_main.html ) would have to be the simplest to use. Both make simple but great Menus.
