Cannot post in News Forum - Is ~The Forum~ Site gone??

I tried to post in the news forum, but I get the "you have no access" page instead.
Anyway, here's mt question:
Is ~The Forum~ down now??
I'm referring to this address:

There was mention about it going down or moving. Anyone know anything?

I tried the link you gave but the page wouldn't load for me.
