Here is the last history when i took me 35 minutes to burn at 4X. Where can I see the absolute write speed ?

Where can I see the absolute write speed ?

don't know about Nero Express, but in Nero "Classic" it's displayed in the status window while burning;

as scarecrow wrote above: enable DMA for the Sony too; it may effect the master device (LG) too;

beside that, i can't see anything suspicious in your log file;
