      Unhappy pioneer ao5 big problem

      writes at 2 on all major brands not a 4 i have a power calibration problem any ideas

      Thats yer problem it seems to stop a lot of 4x media burning @ 4x

      it used to work at 4 burn now 2 and some media it wont write 2 at all is it the firmware the software or hardware or is pioneer now a crap make of dvd writers

      Question

      is the media ya using the same ya always used ?
      I had same prob week ago .. I was burn all Shintaro 4x dvd-r media ..then a m8 had heap of dvd-rs for sale as they didn't work on his 8 x burner ... said they worked sweet on his 105 ... about every 2nd dvd-r power calbarition error ..
