      Wow!! Has any one seen any reviews on the Optorite 8X DVD±RW Drive.

      It's only4x on dvd-r. Too bad. It looks like a good drive for the price.

      Looks like you can get the Liteon LDW-440D that has the 8Mb Buffer for the same price as the 411s. $129 at newegg.

      Do newegg ship internationally to the U.K.?And not around $50 shipping if they do,like I normally get quoted.The price has 2 be exceptionally low 2 make it worth importing hardware.Software`s not that bad. Anyway,the money`s spent now and the 411S is installed,flashed up to date and seems to be going well (touch wood),so there`s no point me crying about it now...

      What brand DVD-R media are you folks using with your 411S? I tried princo and they fail in the middle of the burn. The burner doesn't seem to mind what DVD+R I use.
