After buying a Pioneer multi region DVD player, I discovered that my new TV won't play in the NTSC format.
Luckily, the DVD player had a NTSC PAL converter to correct this.
Do most DVD standalone players have this converter?

Its mostly the TVs that convert them from ntsc to pal or as weboneando says get yourself a good one.
