Hi all,

I purchased a NEC DVD RW 1300A drive a while ago, I have only just decided to start backing up my DVD's. I am Trying Instant Copy but I don't see the driver for my drive in the drop down list.
Does anyone know if there is a version with the 1300A driver or if I can use one of the other drivers in the list??

If not can anyone offer any help on what to use and the method to do so.


Any help would be appriciated as this is all new and a little confusing at the moment.

Use the latest known driver update:
ftp://ftp.pinnaclesys.de/driver/pc/I...rderUpdate.zip
It supports the drive "DVD-RW_ND-1300M", if the drive string does not match your model exactly then open the reg file with a plain text editor, change the above entry to the one reported by your burner and reenter the regitry patch.

cheers scarcrow, I'll give it a try, I tried using one of the others in the list and it looks like it's working.
Have to wait a while to find out though!!

Will still change to the closest one
