      Thumbs down HP 200i dvd writer

      HP 200i DVD Writer with firmware 1.51..it will not write to DVD+r 4X,
      HP is not help at all.By the way HP do not make this drive, its OEM Ricoh MP-5125A.

      Any one with this problem.....help

      Since you already have the latest available firmware all you can do is trying to find the right media... In fact this is a common problem.
      BTW it is a bad drive, and the HP customer "policy" makes it even worse.
