best dvd-reader for 4x on the fly copying

Hello i have a pioneer dvr 105 fw 1.21 and reader toshiba SD M1612.
I use the discjugler ..1056.
The averange reading speed from toshiba is 3.3 ( in the midle of cd) .
Begin from 2.3x and stays in 3.3x .
I need to copy dvdrs ( ps2 ) on the fly.
What is the best dvd reader with averange reading results ???
Is posible the on the fly reading x4 ????

I think even the pioneers are faster than your Toshiba
but u should go for a Liteon163 !
