      dvd rom problem

      help please? recently tried prog called dvdidle 1.33 on windows xp. movies played VERY clitchy! uninstalled prog but dvds and divx movies very bad still. any ideas what i can try to get playback correct again? all ok on m.e. on my other harddrive. rom is pioneer 116.

      Most likely a registry setting is still active for dvd-idle even after it was uninstalled. If re-installing & de-installing the aplication does not work for u, try a roll back to an earlier system restore point (If your OS supports this). Maybe someone around the forum, knows a reg. fix for this.

      BTW what OS are u using?
